Prawn/finfish hatchery operation can be a very lucrative venture. However, it is not without the persistent and recurring problems besetting the management of such undertaking. From water filtration, purification, tank sterilization, etc. to feeding management, the accumulation of unconsumed feeds, fecal wastes, exoskeleton upon molting, and formation of ammonia tend to increase toxicity level and proliferation of diseases, resulting in stunted growth and eventual premature death of the shrimp larvae. Natural degradation process is slow & cannot cope with the rate and bulk of waste accumulation. All these individually or as a whole can upset the operation of any hatchery operator and can spell the difference between failure and success.

NS Series HF is the result of trying to find a natural solution (without chemical use!!!) to stabilize and maintain hatchery ecosystem.  NS Series HF is a scientifically blended concentration of selected, adapted and cultured bacterial formulations plus enzymes and special buffers specifically designed to help minimize problems in prawn and finfish hatchery operations.

 OPTIMUM CONDITIONS: 

Bacteria and enzymes in NS Series HF perform within pH range of 3.5-9.5 with the optimum near pH 7.5, salinity range of 0-60 ppt and temperature as high as 60 ºC.

 STORAGE & HANDLING: 

Store in cool dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid direct inhalation. Wash hands with warm after handling.

 DOSAGES: 

Hatchery Application Dosage (HAD) recommends daily application of the following dosages per tank:

Tank Capacity	Daily Dosage	1 cycle
10 tons	4.0 g	120 g
20 tons	8.0 g	240 g
30 tons	12.0 g	360 g
40 tons	16.0 g	480 g

 APPLICATION PROCEDURE: 

1. Activate NS Series HF by soaking recommended dosage in one (1) liter of hatchery tank water for four (4) hours with occasional stirring.
2. Apply along the tank perimeter.
3. For indoor tanks, application can done anytime of the day.
4. For outdoor tanks, the best time! to apply is 4:00 p.m. onwards.
