NS Series SPO was extensively tested by the University of the Philippines Los Banos before it was introduced to the aquaculture sector. Test conducted were done trying to ascertain if the product was pathogenic, corrosive, toxic, etc., Plate counts were done, analysis of enzyme activity was undertaken. The results of isolates and characterization are as listed hereunder:
