Anaerobic Digesters & Reactors

 

NS Series GN is a scientifically blended formulation consisting of specially selected, adapted and cultured anaerobic and facultative bacterium plus enzymes and special buffers for use in anaerobic digesters/reactors. Designed for wastewater and sludge emanating from the following industries: chemical industries, food processors, distillery wastes, sugar mill wastes, canneries, textile manufacturing, refineries, livestock production, etc., for efficient start-up and faster degradation of organic metabolites under anaerobic conditions.

    Improves reduction of volatile solids

    Lessens scum & grease ball formation in digesters

 OPTIMUM CONDITIONS: 

Bacteria and enzymes present in NS Series GN perform within a pH range of 5.5 to 9.0 with the optimum near pH 7.5. 

 

 

 APPLICATION: 

 

 

Organic waste reduction in :

 

    All types of Anaerobic digesters or reactors

    Anaerobic Lagoons

    Anaerobic filters

    Anaerobic fluidized bed reactors

    Septic tanks

    Manure collection pits

 

 STORAGE & HANDLING: 

     

Store in cool dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid direct inhalation. Wash hands with warm after handling.

 

 

 DOSAGES: 

 

Dosage levels vary widely with each application based on actual evaluation of existing conditions. Precise recommendation may be made upon ocular inspection of wastewater treatment facilities and analysis of wastewater samples. Testing Is available upon request.
